Big food fan here - loving it!!! Just went out on our first snowshoe walk since Job, canine pal, injured his foot - now we are hungry. Since my wife is not home - I settled on an apple. She made me this "Forest Coffee Cake" for my birthday, so we will have that tonight for movie time :) It is a "Forest" cake due to the type of pan she put it in to bake - you eat one tree every time you have coffee/tea etc. .
